Dr. Ahmad A. Tawayha
Associate professor
Dr. Ahmad Mohammad received his BSc in electrical engineering from Ein-Shams University, Egypt in 1981, and the MSc and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Akron University, USA, in 1989, and 1992, respectively. He joined the Applied Science University as an assistant professor from 19993-2000. He has joined Princess Sumaya University, Jordan, since 2000, where he works as an associate professor in EE department. His research interests include control systems, image processing, information security, and renewable energy.
