Overview of Administrative Affairs

As the university's largest department, the Administrative Department oversees all university administrative affairs. It seeks to promote a safe and healthy environment by maintaining the university's facilities and buildings, as well as monitoring the availability of qualified staff and the university's health services.

This department deals with all human resources issues, including salaries and social security in addition to tracking any issues involving recently recruited academic and administrative staff. The department also organizes training programs for personnel development.

Furthermore, the Administrative Affairs Department provides the university with all security services, maintenance, public services, cleaning services, gardening and landscaping work, and tree planting.

University Security Department

The University Security Department works to maintain the internal security of the University and the safety of its facilities and properties, in cooperation with other bodies inside and outside the University.

Public Services Department

The Public Services Department is one of the Section s of the Administrative Department, and seeks to provide better services to ensure the comfort of staff and students.
