Venture Lab

Program Overview

The PSUT Venture Lab is a hub for innovation and entrepreneurship, empowering students, alumni, faculty, and staff to transform ideas into successful, tech-driven startups. Through structured mentorship, hands-on training, and access to funding, we support aspiring entrepreneurs on their journey from concept to market-ready venture.

The program includes an intensive boot camp delivered by the Queen Rania Center for Entrepreneurship (QRCE) and leading industry experts, along with weekly guidance from the Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) Office. The initiative is managed by PSUT’s Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure structured progress and measurable outcomes.

The program offers funding up to 10,000 JOD per project, with up to 10 projects selected annually.

FAQ

No! You can apply with just an idea. The program is designed to help you develop, refine, and turn your idea into a real startup.

You can apply either individually or as part of a team.

No prior experience is required. The program is designed to support beginners as well as those with experience.

Venture Lab only takes 5% of your profits. That’s it — no equity, no hidden fees. You stay in full control of your startup, and we succeed only when you succeed.

Venture Lab provides fully funded support services that would normally cost thousands of Jordanian Dinars. As a participant, you receive:
  • 1:1 Mentorship with experienced Entrepreneur-in-Residence (Typically valued at 5,000+ JOD — free through Venture Lab)
  • Bootcamps & Training Programs (Workshops and structured guidance to help you build and scale)
  • Access to Facilities, Resources & Network at QRCE (Valued at approximately 5,530 JOD/year — free for Venture Lab teams)
  • Funding Support up to 10,000 JOD (Distributed across different stages of your startup journey)

All of this is provided at no cost to you as a founder, in exchange for the 5% profit share.
