Dr Abdallah Abu Madi holds a PhD in Business Information Technology from Coventry University, United Kingdom. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the Princess Sumaya University for Technology (PSUT). His research focuses on digital transformation, ERP implementation, business analytics, and technology adoption in higher education. Dr Abu Madi has over ten years of combined experience in academia and industry, having undertaken teaching, research, and leadership roles at several UK universities, including the University of Wolverhampton and Ulster University. He has supervised numerous postgraduate dissertations and contributed to multiple Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) projects related to AI, data analytics, and organisational performance improvement. He has published several research papers in international journals and presented at global conferences, including the Business Process Management Conference, where he received the Best Presentation Award.
