Omaima Ismail earned her Master’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Jordan in 2014 and her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Jordan in 2010. She has extensive academic and professional experience in software engineering, with expertise in .NET development, artificial intelligence, and data science. She combines over a decade of industry practice with her academic role and is dedicated to advancing research and teaching in computer science and information technology, with a focus on integrating theoretical foundations with practical industry experience.
