Amera Al_Amery: a Ph.D. in Systems Science from the State University of New York at Binghamton. Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Science from Jordan University of Science and Technology. I am interested in building mathematical models for real-world problems in healthcare systems. My recent research focuses on using system dynamics modeling specifically the SEIR model to support the public health decision-making process. Also, optimization of infectious disease surveillance systems using mathematical models to provide timely and accurate information about disease transmission over the population.
