Dr. Nada Ghesh

Dr. Nada is an Assistant Professor in the Department of E-Marketing and Social Media. She holds a PhD in Marketing from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing from the University of Southampton, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Research Methods from the University of Strathclyde. Her research focuses on consumer behaviour in service contexts, with particular interest in the intersection of technology and customer experiences. She explores the applications of artificial intelligence and how they reshape the concept of consumer experience. Her work has appeared in reputable peer-reviewed journals, and she contributes to the academic community as an active reviewer in her discipline. She is a member of SERVSIG, the Service Special Interest Group of the American Marketing Association (AMA), through which she engages with the international service research community. Through her involvement in SERVSIG and the wider AMA network, she has contributed to academic and organizational activities, including participation in conferences and events, as well as involvement in the organizing committee of the 12th SERVSIG conference.
