PSUT Portal It aims to attract outstanding students with strong potential for creativity in scientific research to the thesis-based Master’s programs offered by the university. This is achieved by providing scholarships to these students in exchange for their engagement exclusively in research projects and research-related tasks. Accordingly, both the academic supervisor and the thesis topic are determined for the student upon admission to the Master’s program.
- Eligibility Requirements:
- The applicant’s academic standing must be at least Very Good.
- Fulfillment of the English language proficiency requirements through TOEFL or IELTS only.
- Not requiring more than one remedial course.
- The bachelor's degree must be relevant to the proposed research project.
- The applicant must not be a recipient of any other scholarship or sponsorship from outside the university.
- Renewal Requirements:
- Recommendation from the academic supervisor.
- The scholarship duration must not exceed six semesters, including the summer semester.
- Maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 80%.
- No disciplinary actions recorded against the student.
- Full compliance with all scholarship rules and regulations.
- Benefits:
- A monthly stipend of 500 Jordanian Dinars.
- Commitment to 80 working hours per month, including the summer semester.
- The Deans’ Council reserves the right to revise the stipend and benefits annually.
