The undergraduate program in Business Administration was established at the beginning of the 2009/2010 academic year, and was designed according to the latest academic, scientific and technological requirements, which include multiple fields of knowledge and skills suited to the requirements of education and development programs. The program is geared to providing the Jordanian labor market with highly-skilled, competent graduates, capable of keeping pace with local and global changes and developments in the field, which will in turn lead to the achievement of the economic and developmental goals of Jordanian society.
The Department of Business Administration aims to implement the vision of Princess Sumaya University for Technology and seeks to provide the highest quality teaching in all business subjects. There is an ongoing effort to develop the educational process by incorporating the latest business research to provide suitable employment opportunities for business graduates and enable them to compete in the academic arena.
Departmental graduation requirements:
In addition to University and School requirements, the student must successfully complete 81 credit hours, distributed as follows: 66 credit hours of compulsory specialization requirements, and 15 credit hours of elective specialization requirements.

Graduates can seek various administrative positions, such as in human resources, operations management, quality management, small business management, taking on roles such as public relations manager, production manager, sales manager, business management. They can also enter the field of education and administrative studies.
