King Hussein Faculty of Computing Sciences

Message from the Dean

King Hussein Faculty of Computing Sciences was established in 2005 in line with PSUT’s master plan to develop and improve its facilities and faculties. KHFCS consists of two academic departments, namely the Computer Science Department (established in 1991) and the Computer Graphics and Animation Department (established in 2006). The KHFCS currently offers bachelor's degree of science (BS) in three different majors: Computer Science, Software Engineering, and Computer Graphics and Animation, as well as Master of Science degrees in two majors: (i) MS in Computer Science and (ii) MS in Information Systems Security and Digital Criminology.

Furthermore, KHFCS studies to expand its program offerings to include new programs, such as Network and Information Security at the bachelor level in the near future. In the summer of 2012, the name of the school has changed to King Hussein School for Computing Sciences.
