Business Administration

The Department of Business Administration was established in the first semester of the academic year 2009/2010. The B.Sc. program requires the student to pass 132 credit hours of study, comprised of 27 credit hours of mandatory university requirements, 25 School requirement credit hours, and 81 credit hours selected from Business Administration courses. The Department aims at supplementing the Jordanian labor market with competent and highly- skilled graduates, as well as keeping up with the changes and developments occurring locally and internationally in the field of Business Management, which in turn will lead to the achievement of economic goals and development of the Jordanian society.

The vision

The Department of Business Administration will provide students with the opportunity to experience the practical application of management theory to provide them with the skills, knowledge and capabilities necessary to adapt to a constantly changing business environment.

The Mission

The Department of Business Management aims to implement PSUT’s general vision by seeking to provide top quality teaching on all business subjects. This can be achieved by continuously developing education in the field through the incorporation of the latest business research, thus leading to the provision of suitable employment opportunities for Business graduates and enabling them to compete in the academic arena.
